Packing and Shipping
- Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received, within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours.
- If the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to provide a suitable solution.
- SmellsGood_SmokeShop partners with trusted shipping services such as JNE and J&T. Delivery time depends on the courier once the package has been handed over to them.

Returns & Exchanges
Requests for refunds or exchanges can be made by chatting directly with SmellsGood_SmokeShop Customer Service. Click the “Contact / Find Us” button to start the process.
Returns or exchanges can be made within a maximum of 3 days after the item is received, based on the delivery data provided by the shipping service used.
Terms and Conditions for Returns / Exchanges
The product tag must still be attached.
The item must be unused, except for fitting or trying on.
The goodie bag or packaging box must be complete (applicable to certain accessories).
Please include a note inside the return package explaining the item to be exchanged, including the size or type of new item desired.
The sender’s name on the return package must match the name of the original order to ensure a smooth process.
Cost Policy
The cost of returning or exchanging an item is fully borne by the customer, unless the error originates from SmellsGood_SmokeShop or the shipping courier.
If the error is caused by the courier, the SmellsGood_SmokeShop team will assist you in following up or conducting an investigation.
