Packing and Shipping

  • Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received, within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours.
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to provide a suitable solution.
  • SmellsGood_SmokeShop partners with trusted shipping services such as JNE and J&T. Delivery time depends on the courier once the package has been handed over to them.
  • You can obtain your tracking number by contacting SmellsGood_SmokeShop Customer Service. Click the “Contact / Find Us” button in the navigation menu or at the bottom of this page for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests for refunds or exchanges can be made by chatting directly with SmellsGood_SmokeShop Customer Service. Click the “Contact / Find Us” button to start the process.

  • Returns or exchanges can be made within a maximum of 3 days after the item is received, based on the delivery data provided by the shipping service used.

Terms and Conditions for Returns / Exchanges

  • The product tag must still be attached.

  • The item must be unused, except for fitting or trying on.

  • The goodie bag or packaging box must be complete (applicable to certain accessories).

  • Please include a note inside the return package explaining the item to be exchanged, including the size or type of new item desired.

  • The sender’s name on the return package must match the name of the original order to ensure a smooth process.

Cost Policy

  • The cost of returning or exchanging an item is fully borne by the customer, unless the error originates from SmellsGood_SmokeShop or the shipping courier.

  • If the error is caused by the courier, the SmellsGood_SmokeShop team will assist you in following up or conducting an investigation.
